What to send
- Corrections. Our guides lean on verifiable data, but games patch and details drift. If something on a page is wrong, tell us the page and what you observed — corrections ship quickly and update the page’s Last Verified date.
- Tool issues. If the Ending Checker, Achievement Tracker or another tool misbehaves, include your browser and what you clicked. (Remember progress is stored locally — clearing site data clears it.)
- Guide requests. Tell us what you searched for and couldn’t find.
- Rights holders. For trademark or copyright concerns, see our copyright page — takedown requests to the same address are handled with priority.
What not to expect
We can’t provide save-file recovery, technical support for the games themselves (that’s Steam’s support), or download links to the games — they are sold on Steam and nowhere else.
We read everything; replies go out as time allows. BlackSouls.app is a fan project.
