Elisabeth
Heroine; fought as Torture Queen Elisabeth Bathory
The Blood Countess as heroine: the rarest character ending in BLACK SOULS (21.3%), a late-game boss fight (18.3%), and a Folk Tale in the sequel whose achievement is titled 'Forgive Me for What I've Done'.
Elisabeth holds the bottom row of the character-ending table at 21.3% — the game's least-completed heroine route. Her boss form, the Torture Queen (18.3%), guards the deep end of her story; see the full fight notes on her boss page.
Her historical namesake, Erzsébet Báthory, is legend's most infamous countess. The series' treatment is unusually merciful in one respect: her sequel Folk Tale's title — 'Forgive Me for What I've Done' (33.6%) — reads as her route's closing line, and it's collected by more players than ever met her properly in the first game.
Route advice: a final-cycles heroine. Her fight sits within a few points of the endgame saints, and her ending assumes the kind of route knowledge only earlier cycles teach.
